Training Options

Open Registration | In-Service Registration | Co-Sponsored Training | Special-Needs

Open Registration

Open registration is the most common method for attendees to enroll in a seminar. Open Registration events, as the title indicates, are open for public registration but are targeted to specific audiences depending on the subject matter.
Benefits to Open Registration training: Easy enrollment process, most cost-effective method when enrolling 1 to 5 people, and as in all training options, includes training from an expert in the specific field of study.

In-Service Registration (Private Training)

For a single fee your organization can bring the best of the PATC / SR-TI course catalog to your door. In-Service training also allows agencies to quickly respond to immediate training needs and can be set up in a matter of weeks. In-Service training has no open enrollment so the sponsoring agency has complete control over the attendance.
Benefits to In-Service training: In-Service Training can be the most cost effective option when your organization needs to enroll multiple people. In-Service training is targeted for fifteen or more persons, and can save over 50% of the cost of training personnel individually.

Co-Sponsored Training

Co-Sponsored training is often referred to as "Free Training" - and that is an accurate description. Co-Sponsored seminars happen when an organization supplies a meeting facility, some coffee and their hospitality in exchange for free seats in a seminar. The event is then marketed to surrounding agencies and organizations like an Open Registration.
What we provide: All marketing for the event, on-site National Coordinator to support seminar, expert national instructor, all multi-media equipment and materials, all student material including: class roster, class manual, and certificate of completion.
What the Co-Sponsoring Agency provides: A training facility to accomodate 35+ attendees, located within one hour of a major airport, and coffee.
Benefits to Co-Sponsoring: Two free seats in seminar up to 29 paying attendees, five free seats for 30 or more paying attendees (exceptions apply -such as some Hands On Seminars - where seating is limited), minimal or no travel and per diem expenses for your attendees because the training is at your facilities, front page acknowledgement on all marketing brochures, Recognition as a leader in state certified training.

Special-Needs

Occasionally training needs do not fit into the normal categories. If your agency needs something special - a part of this course and a part of that course - tell us what you need and we will make it happen. PATC / SR-TI have the personnel and the ability to meet your agency's training needs - what ever they may be.
