John "Jack" Ryan, J.D.

Jack Ryan is an attorney in Rhode Island, a graduate Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude Suffolk University Law School, and has 20 years of experience as a police officer with the Providence Police Department, Providence, RI.

Jack’s law degree and experience as a police officer gives him the unique perspective of the legal and liability issues. He is also former adjunct faculty member at Salve Regina University and lectures frequently throughout the United States.

Jack is a Standing Committee Member of the Public Agency Training Council's Homicide Cold Case Review board, and Co-Director of the Legal & Liability Risk Management Institute - the division of the Public Agency Training Council dedicated to reducing Agency and School exposure to liability through training and policy direction.
